Apologies - As we are so busy we do not have time to respond to individual reviews.
We are finding over the years peoples demands and expectations are increasing, to the point of not being reasonable. We accept we can not please everyone. We try our best, but like most businesses, unfortunately things can go wrong from time to time. (Some beyond our control.) We will obviously do our best and try and put things right.
We welcome feedback, both positive and negative, as they can help you make balanced decisions on the veracity of the reviews, and about us. That way it will help you decide whether to use our services or not.
